About

Oxide & Quantum Materials Lab has focused on

1 synthesis and defect control of functional oxide materials and quantum heterostructures with emergent phenomena (e.g., transparent oxide semiconductor, metal-insulator transition, ferroelectricity, high electron mobility), and
2 design of novel device exploiting these emergent phenomena for electronic and energy applications.

금속-절연체 전이현상/강유전성/고전자이동도 특성을
보이는 산화물 신소재를 합성하고 격자 내 결함을
제어하여, 신물성 기반 미래 소자를 구현하는
연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
